A Quality Home For People With Disabilities

The Margaret E. Moul Home (MEMH), also known as the York County Cerebral Palsy Home, Inc., was named after founder Margaret E. Moul. (see History of the Home) The Home is a private, non-profit long term care facility that provides services for adults with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis and other neuromuscular disorders.

The Home has a staff of very caring professionals and volunteers who provide a variety of services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the residents. The Home prides itself in its dedicated nursing and support services specializing in rehabilitation services. Resident services include Vocational Education, Community Integrated Therapeutic Recreation Services, Psychological, Social and Spiritual Counseling, and Individualized Dietary Management.
