What we Offer
Tuition Reimbursement
Full time employees (hired to work 37.5 to 40 hours per week) and part time employees (hired to work less than 37.5 hours per week) who have been employed one (1) year or longer at the Margaret E. Moul Home are eligible.
Insurance Benefits
Group Health and Prescription, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and Long Term Disability insurance is available to staff working at least 30 hours per week / 60 hours per pay.
Paid Time Off (PTO)/Sick Disability Band (SDB)
PTO is accrued upon hire or transfer into a benefit eligible position. All part-time and full-time employees are eligible to accrue PTO.
401K/Roth IRA Retirement Plans
Employees may elect to make a contribution to the 401(k) Plan or Roth IRA Plan on a voluntary basis through payroll deduction.
