As part of the Home’s Corporate Compliance Program, we are responsible to annually reaffirm our commitment to the Home’s program.

All owners, operators, employees, managers, agents or contractors associated with the Margaret E. Moul Home are to be familiar with the corporate compliance policy.

The Federal and State False Claims Act; Whistleblower Provisions; Compliance Issues (double billing, up-coding, kickbacks, inadequate care, forgery of a physician’s signature, etc.), the Stark Law (physicians with a financial interest in facility), Anti-Trust Laws, and Business Integrity are specific issues of concern within the body of your copy of the Corporate Compliance Policy.

Matthew Huntzinger will be the Corporate Compliance Officer. The Corporate Compliance Committee members will be Joseph Lubas – Chief Executive Officer, Ida Berkheimer – RN Supervisor and Matthew Huntzinger – Director of Human Resources.
