Provides for medication and treatment administration for assigned group of residents.
Assesses resident’s medical, psychological and spiritual needs.
Assumes responsibility and accountability for assigned residents. Is responsible for ensuring that the personnel under their supervision perform their assigned duties to meet proper standards of care, including taking appropriate disciplinary action to enforce those proper standards of care.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The RN is responsible to supervise and oversee personnel assigned to their shift including but not limited to LPN’s and Nursing Assistants.
Work Experience:
Prefer individual with Registered Nurse experience. Recent clinical and supervisory experience in a long term care setting.
