We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a specialized long-term care (LTC) facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Spina Bifida, and other neuromuscular disorders. Key Responsibilities:
- – Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents with neuromuscular disorders, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
- – Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- – Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- – Monitor residents’ health status, recognize changes or complications, and respond promptly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- – Educate residents and their families about condition management, medication use, and health maintenance.
- – Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided, assessments, and resident progress.
- – Adhere to all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- – Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services.

Skills and Qualifications:
- – Valid and current RN license in PA
- – Proven experience in long-term care, neurology, or related healthcare settings preferred.
- – Strong understanding of neuromuscular disorders and associated care needs.
- – Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- – Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills.
