RN Supervisor

The RN Supervisor coordinates and oversees the function of the nursing staff on assigned shift to include providing medication and treatment administration for assigned group of residents and assessing resident’s medical, psychological and spiritual needs. Is responsible for ensuring that the personnel under their supervision perform their assigned duties to meet proper standards of care, including taking appropriate disciplinary action to enforce those proper standards of care. Must be able to provide clear instruction and maintain professional demeanor when resolving conflict or making disciplinary determinations.
Pennsylvania RN License (Required)
