Vocational Coordinator
General Summary:
The Vocational Coordinator must be able to offer a professional, productive work environment and represent residents with special needs. Your duties in this position are to observe how individuals with developmental disabilities learn and implement programs designed to adapt to our diverse population. This individual will develop vocational programming, assist with the behavioral support team, participate in the facility care planning process, document goals in electronic health records, and increase community relations to build more vocational opportunities. Etc. This position will also assist residents with community transportation opportunities following the facility policies and procedures. This individual must be able to interact with residents, staff , families, and the community.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree related to Vocational training and or human services
Work experience : At least 2 years’ experience in vocational coordination or human service field
