DR. ADELLE KURTZ, MD
Medical Director
As the Medical Director, Dr. Kurtz plays a key leadership role in actively helping the Home provide quality care. Dr. Kurtz is responsible for the implementation of resident care policies and the coordination of medical care. Dr. Kurtz is also the Vice President and physician at Partners in Family Health in York. She has been with the Margaret E. Moul Home as the Medical Director since May of 2013.

DR. THOMAS G. BARTLETT, PHD
Psychologist
The Margaret E. Moul Home engages the services of a consulting psychologist to support residents and staff in ensuring that the mental health and behavioral needs of residents are met with dignity and the same high quality that is reflective of the Home’s mission. Under the oversight of the Social Services Department, Dr. Bartlett is part of the Behavior Support Team and provides education on individualized approaches and interventions to improve resident social and relational wellness. This includes weekly meetings, counseling sessions, resident, family and staff education and collaboration. Dr. Bartlett, a licensed psychologist from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has been the consulting psychologist at the Margaret E. Moul Home since August of 1990.

OUR NURSING STAFF
Nursing services are led by Terri Hengst, Director of Nursing and Christy Nobile, Assistant Director of Nursing. A team of tenured Registered Nurses (RN’s) demonstrate devotion and dedication to the profession and residents. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) assist residents with medications and provide skilled treatments as needed, while Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) help residents with activities of daily living. Enhancing and improving each and every resident’s quality of life is the fundamental goal of the nursing team.
