My Life at the
Margaret E. Moul Home

Having cerebral palsy is like having someone inside you working against you. It’s very hard to deal with. Life has been so different since I’ve moved to the Margaret E. Moul Home. I went water skiing, snow skiing, bowling, to the York Fair. I’m independent. I feel very free here.

My life before the Home and now are totally different, like night and day. Sometimes I have to stop and take a rest because there’s so much going on all the time. I get to be a DJ in the Adaptive Music Program, and that is something I just love. It’s a cool way to express myself. I love this place.
