Medical Appointments

The normal hours of operation for medical appointment transports are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. In order to avoid incurring additional costs, such as overtime, only the transporters or the Unit Manager will schedule appointments.

The above policy does not include medical emergencies. In the case of medical emergencies, nursing staff responsible for resident will arrange for ambulance or advanced life support.
