Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions with the residents as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation Services and accurately completing restorative service documentation as per MEMH policy.
Experience as a certified nursing assistant, preferably in a Long Term Care setting. Must also be able to demonstrate and understand the basics of computer operations.
Physical Req.:
This job regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, talking, and hearing; frequent use of fingers, hands, simple grasping and fine manipulation; frequent lifting, moving, pulling, and /or pushing up to 50 lbs.
May occasionally be required to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, reach and twist.
