Provides for or assists in all activities of daily living for the residents.Documents care. Follow resident care profile, care plan and behavioral management plans. Reports unusual symptoms / events to RN / LPN Charge Nurse.
Educational req.:
High school graduate preferred. Must have successfully completed the required training to be eligible to complete the NA competency exam in PA.
Work Experience:
Prefer individual with Nursing Assistant experience.
Physical Req.:
This job regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, talking, and hearing;frequent use of fingers, hands, simple grasping and fine manipulation; frequent lifting, moving, pulling, and /or pushing up to 50 lbs. May occasionally be required to climb, crawl, kneel, squat, reach and twist.Ability to use mechanical equipment such as lifts, beds, and wheelchairs on a daily basis.
